Autoworld x Brussels Oktoberfest 2026

A weekend at Cinquantenaire Park: iconic cars and Bavarian vibes
Why not make the most of your visit to Cinquantenaire Park by combining two completely different yet surprisingly complementary experiences?
Just a short walk from each other, Autoworld and Brussels Oktoberfest are hosting two events this autumn that are perfect for enjoying on the same day. A cultural visit on Sunday morning or in the early afternoon, followed by an immersion in the festive Oktoberfest atmosphere: a great way to make the most of your time at Cinquantenaire Park.

Start the day at Autoworld
From 11 September, Autoworld celebrates its 40th anniversary with an exceptional exhibition: “Autoworld 40 Years – Looking Back to the Future”.

For the occasion, the museum is bringing back some of the most iconic cars from its history, including highlights from previous exhibitions dedicated to Bizzarrini, Bugatti, Porsche and Italian Car Passion.

The exhibition also looks back at four decades of Autoworld, revisiting its major exhibitions, events and the people who have helped shape the museum into what it is today.

A wonderful opportunity to take your time exploring or rediscovering Autoworld, in the unique setting of Cinquantenaire Park.

Then head to Oktoberfest
After the cars, it’s time for a taste of Bavaria!

From 14 to 24 October 2026, Brussels Oktoberfest will take over the Cinquantenaire Esplanade. On Sundays, the tent opens at 11 am, with a programme designed for the whole family.

Family Day on Sunday 18 October is therefore the perfect opportunity to follow up a visit to Autoworld with a completely different experience: long communal tables, Bavarian specialities, music and a festive atmosphere inspired by Munich’s Oktoberfest.

For adults looking to enjoy even more of the festivities, another option is to visit Autoworld in the afternoon before returning for an Oktoberfest evening from 4 pm.

One day, two atmospheres
That’s exactly what makes the partnership between Autoworld and Brussels Oktoberfest such a natural fit: the two events are just a short walk apart, making it easy to plan a day at Cinquantenaire Park around two very different experiences.

  • Sunday morning: start with Autoworld and its anniversary exhibition, then enjoy Oktoberfest’s Family Day in the afternoon.
  • Sunday afternoon: explore the museum before heading to Oktoberfest for a few hours of music, food and good company.
  • During the week or at the weekend: planning an outing with friends? Why not combine a visit to Autoworld with an Oktoberfest evening?

Two experiences, two atmospheres, but one shared location: Cinquantenaire Park.

And to make the experience even better, Brussels Oktoberfest visitors can enjoy €3 off their Autoworld admission ticket with the code OKTOBERFEST.

So, which will you choose? Iconic cars in the morning and Bavarian festivities in the afternoon, or a museum visit followed by an evening at Oktoberfest?
